We offer quite a few different types of training sessions. From high intensity interval training, small group personal training classes, strength & conditioning classes and spinning sessions, all the way to mobility and sweat & restore session, we’re sure you will find something to suit yourself.

Small Group Personal Training (SGPT)
Classes will be capped to 12 per class.
6 clients per coach
Ensures each client receives specific attention throughout the session to maximize training experience, accountability and performance.
Unlimited Team Training
Circuit-based class incorporating
Kettlebells
Dumbbells
Sleds
TRX
Rowers and Bikes.
AMRAPS, EMOMS and TABATA style training.
Guaranteed to burn off a tonne load of calories.
54 Available Training Hours.
We have increased our training hours from from 17 hours per week.
Extensive timetable that now allocates 54 hours per week to train.
Gym is now even more accessible to the you, the member.
Open Gym Membership
We are now offering Open Gym.
Since all classes are capped at 16 people, 4 spaces in each class are available for open gym.
This means you can hit the gym and get your own top-up session in.
Spaces must be booked in advance, on the gyms app.
Keep an eye on the app for availability.
Performance testing:
Every 12 weeks we individually test our members to assess their progress over the previous training block. This gives us a detailed insight into how training is going and helps us tailor the next block of sessions. Testing also gives the member a unique opportunity to look at their own progress and see what needs to be changed for the next few weeks of training. It is here, in the testing lab, where we really hone in on what you need to alter to help you reach your goals. If certain changes need to be made to, for example, lose a specified amount of weight, we will advise on best practice and guide you through the next phase of the process.

Body composition analysis machine. Measures lean body fat, lean mass, water weight, fat and lean mass distribution, basal metabolic rate and much more
